[FFmpeg-user] Fast Conversion with compressed size and maintain Quality

Hi,
I am using your command line which one you give but it takes 4 min time and
the file size becomes 320 MB.Whereas i am changing the crf value but quality
is not maintain. So, can you help me the other one command line to fast and
maintain quality.
