[FFmpeg-user] AMF hardware acceleration duplicating frames at 60fps

It does record fine when using un-accelerated H264, so I’m pretty sure gdigrab isn’t at fault.

The console output imo indicates that gdigrab does not provide the
frames on time, I don't know what the deeper reason is.
