Ah, sorry, I meant ffplay, VLC, etc. shows the extra frame at the beginning on playback. AVFoundation (Quicktime, Safari, etc.) Doesn’t

Do you mean that one of the behaviors is incorrect, assuming the file is proper? I am not sure I understand.
