[FFmpeg-user] How to testing video integrity.

Hello,
I wanted to test the integrity of some videos. I just wanted to verify
that the container and frame data is ok, if the color is off on a pixel or
two or there is a erroneous sound output for one sample, it doesn't
matter.
I could try and transcode them, but that takes a long time.

Is there a faster way?
