[FFmpeg-user] Can ffmpeg record video from this kind of URL?

This is not an ffmpeg solution, but the Internet Archive has a large
repository of TV News content that includes 24/7 MSNBCfeeds:
https://archive.org/details/tv?q=MSNBC
