I'm using real time stream from a webcam...seems to work okay if I
have ffmpeg and ffserver running on the same machine, but I need to
have them separate as I only have limited bandwidth on the machine
with the webcam. <br>

I've got to the point where it hands out the video to users,
but it's not very consistent. Many times when a user clicks
on the video link it's just blank. I've tried googling for
