[Libav-user] Sending encoded frames over the network via RTP?

Hello,

I tried to reproduce the above, but I get errors when trying to display the
stream with mplayer/vlc.

Stray packet (seq[3]=52657 seq=52656, newseq=-1 found at 2)
Stray packet (seq[18]=52704 seq=52691, newseq=-13 found at 5)
Stray packet (seq[18]=52704 seq=52693, newseq=-11 found at 7)
Stray packet (seq[18]=52704 seq=52694, newseq=-10 found at 8)
Stream not seekable!
Stream not seekable!
Lost packet 47047

It should be easy to compile on any linux os.
