[Libav-user] Problem facing while decoding

hi frnds

while decoding the video data using the avcodec_decode_video() function am
gettng the error message like

 [h263 @ 0x10002bc0] Bad picture start code
[h263 @ 0x10002bc0] header damaged


i googled the problem but i didnt get any proepr information why we will get
the above error and how to clear it 

please help out on it
