ffmpeg -i in%5d.jpg -i in.wav out.avi

I am not sure how to concatenate audio, I suggest you first 
prepare the audio file with another application, then mux it 
as above.
(Or search for the concat: protocol in FFmpeg, I have not used 
it yet.)
