[Libav-user] Whats wrong with this select filter?

it seems the problem solved with the below command:

ffmpeg -i input-video -vsync 0 -vf select="eq(pict_type\, PICT_TYPE_I)"
d:\Test\IFrames\I-Frm-%03d.jpeg
