[Libav-user] replace hold AVCodecContext::hurry_up

I'm trying to port an old library based on an old version of ffmpeg
and i dont know what i have to put instead of :
AVCodecContext::hurry_up = 0 and AVCodecContext::hurry_up = 1

Can you help me ?
