[Libav-user] Convert MP4 1280x720 to MPG 1280x720

Hello Carl.

Not sure.
Tried everything in the Docs and FAQ.
I searched everywhere and found it on a forum.
When I run:
ffmpeg -i MyKitty.mp4 -vf scale=1280:720 -idct h264 -sameq -target
ntsc-dvd MyKitty.mpg
The ouput file reports 1280x720 however compared to the original
viewed with VLC, the mpg file looks pixilated.
