[Libav-user] avformat_open_input hangs, and found getaddrinfo fails.

Hi all,

I am trying the below:

avformat_open_input(&pFormatCtx, "http://<ip>/myvideo.sdp", NULL, NULL)

probably after 30 seconds, it returns the error AVERROR_INVALIDDATA
, and found that getaddrinfo is failing.

i am not sure if something to do with ffmepg?. I am trying in android
platform.

Kindly let know if there are any quirks i need to be aware of ?
