[Libav-user] Unable to set UDP timeout for av_read_frame () . It goes with default value of 20 seconds.

Yes, it does work. but i am bit hesitant to go with this approach, as it
increases the CPU load, if i am not wrong,
as each time interrupt callback will get invoked.
correct me if i am wrong?
