thanks but I'm not using mplayer.

Shouldn't seeking always wait for the reference frame by default?
I see that this is a new flag in ffmpeg 2.x
However looking at both libavcodec/mpeg12dec.c and libavcodec/264.c ,
CODEC_FLAG2_SHOW_ALL flag appeared to be cleared by default...

so puzzling.

I'll clear it just in case
