[Libav-user] Updated libav/ffmpeg tutorial

I gotta say: big up for your tutorial and that you’re now updating it.
I’m sure I’m only one among many who learned how to use FFmpeg with your tutorials.
I think they’re especially valuable when you don’t have a lot of experience with digital audio/video.
