[Libav-user] Help decoding error messages

The solution to this is to set the image width/height manually into
the decoder context. To work around this failure "Could not find codec
parameters for stream 0 (Video: h264 (Main), 1 reference frame,
none(progressive)): unspecified size"

avctx->width = 1920;
avctx->height = 1080;
