[Libav-user] locale-ized AVExpression default

Hi,

Just noticed that the volume filter has a default volume expression hardcoded
to "1.0". But the strtod which is used in the evaluation of the expression can
be locale-ized by the application using ffmpeg, hence "1.0" strtod will fail in
some locales.

What is the "locale" policy of ffmpeg?
