[Libav-user] any sample code on generate separated TS files from one webm file

I am looking for the code sample for this cmd:

bin\x64\ffmpeg.exe -i input.mp4 -force_key_frames "expr:gte(t,n_forced*3)"
-c:v copy -c:a aac -strict -2 -f hls -hls_list_size 0 -hls_time 3
output.m3u8

Any sample or ideas?
