Hi<div>I have a TRECVID database of short videos. I want to convert all of the videos to H.264 AVC format with:</div><div>1- Not any IDR slices. &</div><div>2- 1 second interval between I slices. </div><div>Would you let me know how can i achieve this by FFMPEG?</div>
