suggestion for wiki centos page

Description

It would be great if there was something on the Centos Compilation guide
http://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/wiki/CentosCompilationGuide

up at the top that explains that this page is being kept up to date with current (or near current) library sources.

So many of the compile instruction pages just put up what's current when they wrote it, and never update it. So I figured I had to take your instructions, double-check versions before making files. I eventually went to the timeline and saw it was just updated. But many of us would love an extra kick upside the head!

I added a sentence indicating that the guide is kept relatively up to date. If this is satisfactory feel free to close this ticket.

Also note that the guide is a wiki type page and anyone is welcome to update, edit, and change it.

I didn't realize I would have had edit privileges to the wiki page--I just registered before posting this!

I would have made it stand out a little more like the note about root, but at least something is in there. I hope this helps someone down the road! I'm not seeing any way to close the ticket. Can you close it or tell me what I need to do?
