Support Ogg/Vorbis in avi

samples/A-codecs/vorbis/vp8OggVorbis1.avi (vlc Ticket 7389)

Both samples fail with FFmpeg, vp8OggVorbis1.avi plays with mplayer -demuxer avi -ac ffvorbis
