    1 ffmpeg c99 code is not compatible with MSVC c++ code. 
     1ffmpeg c99 code is not compatible with MSVC c++ code. That is MSVC won't compile c99 code.

    33I have seen some mention of c99 to c89 but not dealing with that right now.
