Using frame thread Theora cannot decode.

I uploaded sample Patent_Absurdity.ogv

FFmpeg command line and complete, uncut console output (current git head) missing.

I suspect this is a feature request for frame threading when decoding theora.

Multi-threaded theora decoding works fine.
