I suspect this patch is still not perfect...  When I do
ffmpeg -re -i test.m4v -vcodec copy -f rtp rtp://224.0.10.10:18888
as a regular user, I get

If I do it as root, (or using sudo), it works. If I disable IPV6, it
works even if I am not root (as it should).
