Some user on irc complains that it still says 'include/ffmpeg'
in the help text.

--incdir=DIR        install includes in DIR [PREFIX/include/ffmpeg]"

Might want to change that into something clever (I don't have a
good idea of what to change it to though)

PREFIX/include/LIBNAME perhaps... I dunno..
