subtitles need muxer, demuxer, decoder, encoder and renderer

for DVB/DVD (de)muxer is mpeg-ps/ts, decoder is what is in libavcodec and the
renderer is in ffplay.c
for ASS/SSA (de)muxer is what i just wrote, decoder and renderer are still
missing and a "patch welcome" thing.
