[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavfi/ass: use a default DAR value of 1.0

lavfi/ass: use a default DAR value of 1.0
Previously it was using the same value of the input video DAR, which is
inconsistent with most implementations.
Fix trac ticket #1098.
