[FFmpeg-cvslog] avformat/matroskadec: Reuse AVIOContext

avformat/matroskadec: Reuse AVIOContext
When parsing EBML lacing, for every number read, a new AVIOContext has
been initialized (via ffio_init_context()) just for this number. This
has been changed: The context is kept now.
