[FFmpeg-cvslog] fftools/ffmpeg_mux: use output stream parameters in of_streamcopy()

fftools/ffmpeg_mux: use output stream parameters in of_streamcopy()

They should always be the same as the input stream parameters, but this
reduces the need to access InputStream in muxing code.
