This patch fix the static variable problem.
I also add the comment parsing.

PS : shouldn't we add a id for flac in codec_wav_tags, if we want to 
transcode flac in another format ?

PPS : actualy the extradata is the extradata wanted by ffmpeg flac 
decoder (the streaminfo data), but I think it should be extended to be 
all the flac METADATA_BLOCK.
