[Ffmpeg-devel] why there is no XviD support to mov encoder?

Hi all,
I'm encoding 3gp files with mpeg4 tracks for cellurar phones, but i've
notice that XviD support is not present.
Since I consider CODEC_ID_MPEG4 and CODEC_ID_XVID two implementations of
'mpeg4 Part 2' (correct me if i'm wrong), I would like to know why there
is no support for XviD.
If this is a lack, the attached patch could resolve this problem.
