[Ffmpeg-devel] "/c/Program Files/FFmpeg" prefix

Hello,
This patch works for me.
Just one thing I'm unsure about:
config.mak ends up with prefix=$(DESTDIR)C:\Program Files (x86)/FFmpeg
Could that DESTDIR possibly be a problem if it is set? Where can it be set?
