  DV video encoder doesn't really care. It is all about proper muxing.
  And that job is handled by the DV format thingy.

  Modulo bugs it was supposed to be a DV frame with a properly
  set headers indicating no audio. Audio blocks were supposed
  to be all zeroed out, AFAIR.
