[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Skip invisible blocks for mjpeg

Hi!
I make this to use in mplayer.
This patch is to decode mjpeg for visible box only.
I add 4 new parameters because is no any applicable in AVCodecContext,
it is a coordinates of the box.
