[Ffmpeg-devel] -quiet flag patch

Attached is a -quiet flag patch for ffmpeg.  It closes stderr, sets verbose
to -1, and bypasses the undesirable termios.  I was forced to move
show_banner to after parse_options in order to suppress the banner.
