framerate_misdetected.wmv contains 2 frame and ONLY 2 frames their distance
is NOT 1/30sec so the file does NOT have a framerate of 30fps
also mplayer does NOT display these 2 frames at 30fps but rather at
1/3 fps like ffmpeg does
