[FFmpeg-devel] Automatic bitstream filter insertion.

Hi,

now that the h.264 bitstream filter is available, i was wondering what
the best way to auto insert this bitstream filter when converting with
ffmpeg.
is the only way to do it is to check input and output format and codec,
check whether -vcopy option is set and set the bitstream filter if needed ?

btw, what would be the use cases ?

those i can see are:
 - from h264 in mp4 container to .h264
 - from h264 in mp4 container to avi

are there more ?
