[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] fix compiling VIS assembly on SPARC

Hi!

So this was missed before by me. When building 
simple_idct_vis -mcpu=ultrasparc has to be given to gcc. I hope the patch is 
okay, because I am not a makefile guru.
