[FFmpeg-devel] ffmpeg H264transcoding produces half image of frame from webcam problem

Hi!

I have been working on a sample video conferencing app that uses ffmpeg;
I am using H264 as codec for transcoding frames from my webcam. I have been
quite successful in encoding/decoding my frame but it always produces half
of the image from the webcam.

I am a newbie on using ffmpeg and I've been researching about this for
almost 3 weeks, but can't quite find the cause of my problem.
Can somebody help me with this?
