I know how to handle that, it's SMPTE 302M. I have samples and even a
patch for this, there is a very old patch lying on the mailing-list
which was rejected ;)

SMPTE 302M specifies how to wrap AES3 audio streams in TS.

I'll try to polish my patch and resend it if needed.
