Here is the patch for moving the declaration of AVPacket.

As there are some more changes in avcodec.h, how can I tell SVN to take 
these files (so apply the patch to my working directory) as 
non-modified, so that the changes of the first patch would not occur 
again in a second patch which changes the codecs and calls to 
avcodec_decode_video?
If I can handle this, there will be the second patch later on so that I 
can start with decoding the P-Frames :)
