[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] API changelog

Hi

As discussed in the past, we should try to make API changes more visible
to the outside world.
So I started a new API changelog file describing the metadata API transition.
I'm not sure this is the best place or the best form for this, so comments
welcome.
