No, for two reasons:
1- I can't find any movie files using this :-)
2- I think the palette handling code is broken, check e.g. [1], the
start is garbled and the colors are WAY off (the ppt screen should be
lightgray with a blue-ish header, instead of blue with a green
header), this one doesn't use the default tables though (and is
unaffected by the patch)
