Steve Underwood should be easy to find. If for some reason you don't
reach him through his web site (softswitch) he participates on-and-off
in the Asterisk-dev mailing list.

I don't want to put words in his mouth but in the past Steve has been
sensitive to licensing issues.

Just curious if people really feel "or later" is a sane license? "Later"
could be anything.
