Updated patch attached.

Now it has a warning if using more than 8 frames per packet.  I was able
to replicate Art Clarke's results of Flash Player 10 studdering with 9
fpp and crashing with 10 fpp.

Also, it works with either 0 or 11025 for the sample rate flag.  The 1
sample I have (I think it's from mphq samples) uses 0, but Art said all
his samples use 11025, so I'm going with that.
