[FFmpeg-devel] Does opencore-amr require other files?

Hello,

I read somewhere (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/archive/t-22589) that
to have a fully working FFmpeg with 3GP, you need to extract those 3
zip files in its source. Is this still applicable with opencore-amr ?
