[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Remove avfilter_uninit()

Hi all,

I cannot see how avfilter_uninit() should be used.

In theory an application may want to deregister all the filters, then
register another set, but I cannot see what would be the point of
this.

So I suggest to remove it.
