hi there;

I downloaded
http://www.imacsoft.com/downloads/m-dvd-ripper-for-intel-mac.dmg today
(Md5: b82da6d9582a29e4850d2de8e672f066); did the conversion thingy to
*.img; got it mounted and depacked:
MacInstaller.app/Contents/.Packages/m-dvd-ripper-for-intel-mac.pkg/Contents/Archive.pax.gz

in the resulting iMacsoft DVD Ripper.app/Contents/MacOS Folder there're:

libavformat.51.dylib
libavcodec.51.dylib
libavutil.49.dylib

to be find (and other stuff).

$strings libavcodec.51.dylib | grep x264

gives:
enables constant quality mode, and selects the quality (x264)
minimum interval between IDR-frames (x264)
x264 - core %d
libx264
x264_2pass.log
x264 [%s]:
