Yes, ffmpegs configure is maintained by mans in his tree, patches
should go to him+ffmpeg-devel in first instance. If he rejects
something (like it happened with the strip stuff) that the patch
author thinks should be applied still. The patch author should ping
us so we can merge the change independantly if needed.
